Foundry Square IV is a 10-story mid-rise Class A office building with a one-story retail strip facing Howard Street. The building was completed in 2003 and is approximately 242,531 square feet. It consists of a primarily concrete structure and is equipped with a fire sprinkler system. The building is located in the South of Market (SoMA) area of Downtown San Francisco, adjacent to the Transbay Terminal and, just two blocks away from the Montgomery BART station (also easily accessed from the Embarcadero BART station). Foundry Square IV is a “green” building with LEED Gold and Energy Star certifications. It includes one level of valet parking with the garage entrance on Natoma Street. Monthly parking is available in addition to guest parking available through the spot-heroes app.
